Component Testing

Component testing comes in all shapes and sizes, it can be simple and fast or complex and lengthy depending upon what needs to be achieved and what components are being tested.

A full range of services is available including AC/DC parametric and functional testing.

Screening of components can be done to Mil.Std.883, military and space flows. They can be done to a source control drawing, customers specification or a manufacturers datasheet.

Burn-In boards and programs can be developed and temperature testing done from 65°c up to 200°C.

Most devices can be handled from transistors through simple Linear and Digital part up to complex Microcontrollers etc.

Apart from newly or re- manufactured parts, testing is often done on existing parts either to verify they are not counterfeit or to up-screen them to a higher specification.
